Meet Dr. Burgdorf at his private Brentwood practice to review your plan, complete your exam and take before photos, with your coordinator by your side. When you're ready, reserve your surgery date before you leave with in-office booking pricing as our thank-you.

Surgery in a private setting
Your surgery takes place at Nashville South Surgery Center, our state-licensed and accredited facility on the lower level, with its own private entrance and a hand-picked team that knows you by name.

Recovery and follow-up
A full year of aftercare is included, with regular check-ins and a direct text line to your nurse.
Monthly payment plans are available through our financing partners. Your coordinator will walk you through the options on your discovery call.

Before you book
Is the discovery call really complimentary?
Yes. Your discovery call with your Patient Care Coordinator is complimentary, and there's no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Will I meet with Dr. Burgdorf?
Yes. Your consultation day starts with a little paperwork and a tour of our office. You'll then have a brief chat with Abi, your Patient Care Coordinator, before Dr. Burgdorf meets with you to answer your questions and go over your proposed surgical plan.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer four financing options with monthly payments: Cherry, CareCredit, PatientFi and Alphaeon. Your Patient Care Coordinator will walk you through each one, and most patients get pre-approved ahead of time to speed up the process. Financing is subject to credit approval.
Is the practice accessible?
Yes. Our Brentwood practice is ADA compliant with full wheelchair access, and the surgery center has its own private entrance. Let your coordinator know if you need any other accommodations.
Do I need to send photos?
Only if Dr. Burgdorf requests them, and only with your approval. You may be asked to text your photos to our HIPAA-compliant portal at (615) 567-5716, where they are kept confidential and viewed by Dr. Burgdorf only. Please don't include photos of your face, and never send photos of intimate areas.
